Audio Project Good afternoon! How are you?  This week, I was working in a Natural Science  project to my future students. This project, called " Discovering Living Beings ", is  focused  on 4th grade of Primary Education. In general, there are three sessions of fifty minutes in which students will do a presentation and a podcast in groups, to learn about the vertebrate and invertebrate animals.  Basically, pupils will learn through a cooperative work, a significant learning and a thinking- based learning. Thanks to these methodologies, they will learn how to work as a team, to solve possible problems, acquire knowledge without forgetting it and to develop their cognitive and critical thinking. Here, I embed you the whole document and as you can see, I used Google Docs . To explain to my future students the project, I created a podcast . Firstly, a podcast is an audio file similar to a radio broadcast, which can be downloaded...

Tips To Entertain Yourself At Home Good afternoon!  We´re living a difficult situation, but we must keep working our brain.  For this reason, I designed an infographic about some advices to bear this situation.  Firstly, an infographic is a visual way of representing key information . This type of tool makes more attractive and motivating to read information. In fact, it´s a good way to learn how to summarize and organize your ideas.  There´re a lot of tools such as:  Easel.ly ,  Piktochart ,  Canva ,  Smore ,  Tackk , Mural.ly or Padlet .  From my point of view, thanks to Piktochart you can create an interactive infographic easily. It´s simple from the beginning, because you have the chance to use a template and edit it, or create your own. What´s more, you might add pictures from your computer or choose among Piktochart´s pictures. Y ou could insert charts, maps, videos, shapes and icons in order to decorate your cr...

Living Beings Good evening! Today, I come back with new interesting tools. How many times have you made a mindmap ? Without a doubt, you made it over thousand times considering that, they are useful for brainstorming, studying, presenting information, summarizing etc. What´s more, if your students get used to making it, they will develop their digital competence and learn an excellent study technique. In this occasion, I offer you " collaborative mindmapping " where you could share your document with other classmates to work together on the same mindmap.  Honestly, I recommend you Coggle   or  Mindmeister . To my mind, Mindmeister offers you more possibilites than Coggle and you could design sophisticated mindmaps. Thanks to this website, you can  include some pictures, videos and notes. Other options are: to attach documents, to change the structure of your mindmap and to insert links as well. In fact , you can visualise it through a quick look or...
